“My bridesmaids and I were looking for a closeby salon to get our nails done before the wedding- and what a great find! This salon is walking distance from the Lakehouse and a great option for wedding party pampering! We walked in, with no appointment, about an hour before closing and we were happily greeted. The staff was so friendly, they even gave us candy shots to celebrate later! I'm writing this review not only because of my positive experience, but because it's been a month and my nails still look awesome! My gels have not lifted or chipped . . . It's been 4 weeks! I get my nails done often and have never had such a great gel manicure before. The only reason I haven't had them taken off is because I'm curious how long they will hold up! I’m pretty glad they opened a barber shop inside the mall. Need a cut after work? No problem, go here! I know how uneasy going to a new barber is - being skeptical at first and whatnot. “Very professional and friendly staff. Grew communication and accessibility. Cash only so be prepared but well worth it. If you can ignore the mounted animal heads on the high ceilings, you'll love this place. They do have some vintage baseball photos that are very nice. They have a hot towel shave service, which is a must for my son. The staff was very attentive to his special needs, which is like gold to us. The clientele was middle age guy while we were there, but my son is 27 --just for reference. They have male and female barbers, five chairs, restroom, and waiting seats. Everyone is super nice!”

We weren't followed throughout the store like some hair stores. I asked two questions regarding two separate products and the worker helped me with one without hesitation. The other item I asked about, he didn't seem quite sure as to what I was talking about. A little miscommunication was all it was as he called it one thing and I called it another. She has been a cosmetologist for over 20 years and did an amazing job, which is not an easy feat for my hair. When she did my hair she did everything possible to keep it healthy (I was bleaching it almost white) which I really appreciated. It was also very obvious that she was VERY knowledgeable about the science of doing hair which I did not experience with previous salons I have visited. Super nice, kind, genuine woman who stayed an HOUR AND A HALF AFTER closing time to make sure my hair was done right without damaging it. A little more on the expensive side, but well worth it.”
