“I have a heart monitor on for five days that I can't take off and can't get wet, and I realized very suddenly that I wouldn't be able to make it until Wednesday without washing my hair, and there's no way for me to do the acrobatics necessary to not get the heart monitor wet, not with my accidentally-sit-on-it-sometimes long hair. She fit me in very last minute for a hair wash and she was a lifesaver!
