Extra $100 cost for mobile notary was not really present. Transaction was respectably cleaner compared from some other title company that charges for email fee and fax fee. But it left some disappointment at signing. === Update as of April 3, 2015 After the communication, the difference of the cost has refunded. It was done very professionally. Thank you very much.”
