“They did my carpet 2 weeks ago, 5 areas, the stains have not come back, it looks great!! My carpet is white, 30 years old and I had a wedding last month! I tried this new company because of the good reviews, they were a little bit cheaper than my previous company. The owner Vlad did the job with his wife. They were both discreet, courteous and professional. He texted me once to confirm, a second time 10 min before arriving. It took 48 h for the carpet to totally dry, which is expected when you have a very thick carpet, I placed towels on the pathways and it was fine. I have not noticed any residue and it feels good on bare feet. Job well done!”

“Efficient company, top-notch work, and cost-friendly. I like to have my apartment cleaned twice a year having two kids, so I’ve used a number of companies. I’m able to tell within a week of the work completed whether it was a good job because old stains can resurface. Sometimes right away! It’s happened w big name companies that I won’t call out, and so I’m left disappointed. Not so w One Source. I had moved furniture to help, but Sean took that extra step to ensure proper and detailed cleaning by actually moving a few more items out of the way to clean areas of the carpet that most companies in the past just overlooked. “CLOSE AT 10 PM!! Seen reviews claiming this place is always open or open late, NOT TRUE. LAST WASH MUST BE IN BEFORE 9 PM if you want to wash and have your clothes dry on time. Pros: Staff keeps the place very clean, new and improved machines. Lots of counter space to fold and lay out laundry. Varied size selection of washing machine and dryers. You can do a double load for as cheap as $2.50, regular size dryers give you 8 minutes a quarter. Cons: Last wash is at 9 pm and they close at 10 pm, so I'd suggest coming at least 20 minutes before last wash, because washing and drying takes about 35 minutes for each.”
