I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. I told him upfront my budget for the project and he was very accommodating and professional. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people.
