“From the get get very responsive and answered all questions over the phone. He showed up on time and was very cordial. I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. I told him upfront my budget for the project and he was very accommodating and professional. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people. Without reservations I would recommend him for any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.”

“I am so happy I chose to call A1 steam way. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned before and they are about 3 years old. I do know my carpet is pretty cheap, so I honestly wasn’t expecting such a great outcome. I had one room in particular that I called about which had kitten pee. I used my home shampooer and it did enough to not reek like cat pee, but not enough to smell fresh. There was an odor I could just not remove no matter what I did. Well A1 got the job done. After the carpet fully dried, and the smell of the cleaners calmed down a bit, the room finally smells normal. It’s been maybe two weeks now and every is still fresh looking and smelling. I was also very grateful for the price point. He did another bed room and 2 area rugs all for his minimum price which I really appreciated. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future!”
