Here's an example of his professionalism: we had a huge water problem under our house (many inches of water) which Eric's team removed and dried out completely. We thought we had identified and fixed the source, but we were wrong. They set up their equipment in an organized and safe manner (taped power cords and sharp edges, made sure that the water line from the dehumidifier wouldn't flop around or get things wet, etc.), cut out the damage neatly, and cleaned up wonderfully well afterwards. They paid a lot of attention to detail -- it was the amount of effort I'd put into fixing my own home. Great to speak with owners that run and operate honest, ethical companies. “I moved away 2 months ago, and really miss this place and these people! Heather especially! The first time I came here was because another dry-cleaners had ruined (I thought) one of my husband’s button-ups and I thought this dry-cleaner might fix it. David (sorry if I have the name wrong, I always talked with Heather!) looked at it and told me that I could let them clean it, but they would use Oxy-Clean, and I could just do it myself—if I wanted to save the money. SO KIND. I did it, and it worked so well. If I remember right, I think it was a waxy stain from the old dry-cleaners. Anyway, I thought “Wow, that was the opposite of greedy/pushy business people. I want to come back.” And I did for 2 years? every week. They do so well with every stain we had, every wrinkle. Their prices were great. I I enjoyed our little talks, and how welcoming and kind they were. Miss you guys!”

My husband and son have both had their tuxedos cleaned here several times and each time, the tuxedos come back looking very new. We have had dresses, shirts, sweaters, and more cleaned here and we’ve never had a problem and they have always delivered as promised. Recently, I needed to have a dress altered on short notice. I had a dress that I needed to wear for a Saturday wedding and I just got the dress on a Monday. I sent out requests for quotes specifying the type of material the dress was and what alterations I needed. Most places that responded said they could not help me, but this place said it was a possibility. I headed over there that afternoon and dropped off the dress. Even though it was the middle of prom season, I was able to pick my dress up on that Friday and it fit perfectly! I was so happy that my local dry cleaners, the one that I had already been going to for years, were the ones who came to my rescue.”
