I got tired of waiting and eventually called Pop-A-Lock and the woman on the phone was super friendly. She got my info down quickly and let me know someone would be on their way in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the worker came and he helped me get into my car very quickly! He was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I did not get his name. About two hours later, I’m home and the other company STILL hasn’t called.
