“I had a great experience with North Main Storage they were all very nice and friend and got courtesy calls so I wouldn't be late and have to pay over charges. They were just very helpful and very nice about everything and I locked my gate open a few times and they would put a lock on it just to make sure nothing would be stolen. Call me up and let me know and then unlock it when I got there which I thought was really great if I ever have to have storage again I am most definitely gonna go to North Main storage price was good. I had a huge locker indoors. Easy to get to just a real great experience Whenever the staff is an excellent group of people, then you know you're in good hands with the rest of the place”

“Just had a great experience! During the week before the move I was contacted a couple time to ensure that we were on schedule with is actually very helpful. Also sent me some tips for the day of the move. Movers called this morning and said they'd arrive in 20 minutes. Everything went according to schedule and everything ended up in the correct room. Movers were super helpful at all times and the came in a little under estimate. Totally happy and will recommend!”

“Arrived 6 hours before our appointment and was immediately told to scale. We were handed a map at the front desk that showed how to reenter the facility. We drove around and docked with the helpful guidance from the staff. We were off loaded in under an hour. Scaled on our way out and given our paperwork. There is a restroom with two stalls. The main door to to restroom needs to be locked if there is a female using the facilities. There is no place for a pet to releave themselves. This was a Friday at 11AM.”
