On the day of the move the movers, Lawrence & Toby, arrived on time with a courteous & professional attitude. They guys were grade A professionals who made it look so easy even though I know it is hard work moving heavy boxes & furniture. Not only were the movers pleasant to work with but they worked efficiently and handled all our belongings with great care. “The facility is excellent, with proper temperature control. We moved out of a nearby facility that claimed temperature control--the only AC was in the office! StorQuest is cleaner, has more dollies for customer use (that is rather important, to put it mildly) and the clientele are cleaner. A far better experience all around. Alex at the front desk made sure we got the right unit for our needs, taking the time to explain everything. We checked carefully for mold in the facility since that was mentioned in a couple reviews. It is gone--and we spent 1 1/2 hours looking all through the place, having Alex open several available units. He explained that issue was taken care of right away when it occurred--the mold was removed and prevented from reoccurring. The air in the building is dry, our documents and equipment will be in perfect shape here. The competitor facility we moved out of had such high humidity it was only a matter of time until everything would rust and rot. StorQuest meets our needs, the price is reasonable, highly recommended!!!”
