The next weekend he and Ron fixed up a large hole from heater removal in our old button-board wall and textured matched it, as well as repaired our shower ceiling. Steve was responsive, on time, and very easy to work with. He and his crew were also very respectful of our property, laying down plastic and making sure to clean up before leaving.
