“I took my two cats to Los Altos Veterinary Clinic for a rabies immunization, a last-minute requirement for our new apartment in Oregon. I was surprised to find that a time was available and that I could go into the exam room with my cats- both very promising signs as vets are working under pandemic conditions. Clinic staff phoned me in advance to get more details about the reasons for the visit, and request previous records. We were brought into the exam room without any waiting. I was impressed with the new location, with the clinic staff and especially with Dr. Echerd’s exam of my cats. He detected a heart murmur no one had found before and explained what it could mean and how to follow it up in our new location. He emailed me 2 articles to help me understand how to monitor the condition. Dr. Echerd and his staff were caring and compassionate, and were determined to make our travels as safe as possible- I asked for suggestions about sedation and their detailed instructions worked very well. Other ideas for housing the cats during the 2-day trip were also extremely helpful for us on the road. This was a one-time visit for us, but I can’t imagine how it could have gone better, and I have a long history of caring for cats. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who values a veterinary clinic where the staff are consistent, provide excellent care and take the time the get to know your pet and their needs.”

I had some oerscriptions gilled and most were for my breathing , they delivered but could not find my house through no fault of them but me my place has no outside lights and I forgot to tell them I'm on the side of the house , so I called to see if they got lost and the male pharmacist and owner told me they were returned , he then said that he would bring them tor after he closed up shop ! Unbelievable! He drove out of his way , on personal time to bring md my medication , and they refill and deliver each month on time and are always gracious and nice . I recommend this pharmacy to anyone , I'll never go back to another. Thank you , all of you who help me live every month worry free and help me with reminders about rehills and the such . “I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to a rep, Elijah. I needed a passenger side brake light and he suggested the LED lights because they last longer. Previously, I noticed that my brake lights were wearing too quickly. Upon check out he advised me that he could install BOTH. There was an issue with the "socket" or whatever it's called that housed the driver's side brake light. He looked up the part, it was in stock, and he installed it as well. A1 customer service!
