At first I was reluctant to place the order since the guy told me I wouldn't be able to check out the product before buying (I understand there are security considerations, but buyer beware, right?). Anyways, after talking to the guy a bit I decided I would roll the dice and give them a try. I was expecting a really good flower at a killer price and was not disappointed. I was really excited to see my baby but baby was just not in position. Janelle did try her best to get a good view but baby didn't want to. Janelle then proceeded to tell me that we could do a re-scan but that there was a $20 fee. I was a little disappointed that there was a fee for the re-scan because when I scheduled my appointment the description did state the re-scan was free. There should've been an update or something to let me know there was a fee for the re-scan but unfortunately there wasn't. I was able to come to an agreement with the owner about this issue but I won't be going back to do the re-scan . It was just a waste of time and money.”
