They put me in a room and have been waiting here for 30 minutes now without a word as to what I'm waiting for. Came in for pain in my legs. I feel like they forgot about me, and I'm probably going to walk out of here soon. The lack of communication is not cool. There's not that many people rn. “Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service. Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions. Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage. When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time. In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist. In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!”

He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered, and as a woman dealing with a male doctor I have felt so comfortable with him. He is very thorough in providing all necessary information and answering any questions. Dr. Park truly seems like he cares for the well-being of his patients' health and our babies-- it shows in his interactions. Nurse Shirley is just the sweetest also, she has been so helpful and just an overall easy person to talk to. Everyone I have encountered thus far have been a pleasure to be around :)”

“I've been going there for Covid shots since 2021 and the process is quick and efficient. The staff are very nice and get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. I initially got the J&J vax, which was actually the only one available to me when I got it, the others were out of stock. This was the only place within about a 25 mile radius that had J&J for boosters but luckily they're only about half a mile from home.”
