“Estes Express has been exceptional in the shipping of my harp (musical instrument). It needed to go back to the builder a month ago for some repairs. I drove to the terminal where the builder had shipped me a box with packing material to box it up and return it to them using Estes Express. The box arrived for my use in perfect condition, and the harp and box was shipped back to the builder for the repairs in perfect condition. My repaired harp is currently in transit back to me for pickup tomorrow. Estes Express (Daniel) went above and beyond for me today, working with his manager to allow me an earlier "will call" pickup due to my very long drive and our current winter weather conditions. They were all most accommodating while my friend and I packed up the harp to ship back for the repairs. I am confident that my harp will arrive unscathed tomorrow. But also know that Estes Express expects me to open the packaging and inspect it when I arrive to pick it up. I have been met over the phone by courteous and helpful representatives every time I have called, and would highly recommend this company for shipping.”
