Once we called Mighty the dispatch was knowledgeable, friendly and had us set up with an appointment the same day. They work around your schedule and your needs, especially if it’s an emergency. Once Roy (Tech/Plumber) got here, he was very professional and friendly. He got down to work and inspected our needs / root of our problems. Our last water heater was installed badly and that’s the reason it failed. We ended up getting a free quote and by the next day we were already getting our heater installed and up to code. Roy, Jordan, and Cesar were extremely helpful with any questions we had, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/satisfied with not only the quality of the work but with the payment options they have.
