“Beautiful wildlife drive, right in the middle of the city. Over 300 Bison now roam freely here, plus lots of birds like eagles and many other ducks, hawks, deer and prairie dogs. A few hiking trails too!! The Wildlife Drive is an easy mostly one way scenic drive through 14 plus miles of nature. Most days I see the entire herd of Bison, right on the road or just alongside. The lakes and ponds are full of birds in Spring and Summer, and even a few winter residents. Very close to DIA, allow at least 90 minutes to enjoy the wildlife here!”
