I am so pleased that John Waters completed a tune-up for my air conditioning system before the hot days of summer arrive! I had never had my AC unit serviced in the 10 years since buying the condo. John arrived on time, performed all the tasks on his checklist, reviewed each item with me, gave me some helpful hints, took my payment, and was on his way within an hour -- it was money very well spent! Decided to take advantage of a coupon they had advertised for a "Free Second Opinion." Ours was for a home plumbing job which would average a few thousand dollars. Jon arrived on time with a mask and shoe booties (thank you). Very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the repairs that needed to be done and explained the details of the job to be performed. Awesome experience getting our newly purchased home re-piped, having a new water heater installed, and washer hookups placed. Chris and Eric were incredibly efficient and courteous throughout and were able to get a pretty good sized job finished in one day of work which was great for us. We have a membership with Swan and it has been great so far across two homes both for new work and also having them come for maintenance. Highly recommend Swan and also again had a great experience with Chris and Eric working in our home.

Update 4/1/21: Had a new furnace and AC also put in by Swan and once again had a great experience. TJ and Scott our technicians were professional, friendly, and fast and overall another great experience with Swan.
