The owner and his sons are efficient, knowledgeable, and expeditious in resolving roof issues and standing by their work. I am in the process of selling my sister's house after she passed away. (The house had been my mother's home before my sister became the owner, and The Roof Dr. repaired and re-shingled the home's entire roof for my mom after major hail damage 3 yrs ago.) I needed to quickly have the roof of the house inspected and repaired to satisfy the new buyers of the house. I called Ken, the owner of the Roof Dr., to inquire if there was a transferable warranty on the roof work he did for my mom.
