“Night and day between the 2 Xclusive locations. Astounding difference. Line was longer, but got through quickly. The product was amazing, buds were gorgeous (unlike the other location, dry and shake-like), and customer service was second to none. Even though cannabis is a popular industry, basic customer service goes a LONG way. The location was clean and welcoming. Purple Reign and Blueberry Headband are beautiful and smoke well. Maybe a sign by the chiropractic place pointing to Xclusive? Easy to miss if you’re not looking specifically for it.”

“6/28/2018 Good Day! I was just in this drop off twice today with my little Ford Focus loaded to the brim both times. Kevin Williams was such a delight to have help me. Not only did he unload my car, (each load filled 2 of the huge bins), but he complimented me on how I loaded so much stuff in my car. Wow! A compliment on my packing abilities. How refreshing. Kevin was friendly, competent and actually acted happy to see a customer when I drove up. Kevin was out the door with the bin before I even opened my car door. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the Arc Policies and Procedures and answered all my questions about what was or was not allowed to be dropped off. Kevin even took a few minutes to chat with me when we were done. I appreciate being treated like he enjoyed his job and likes people in general. I am old enough to be his grandmother and he treated me with the upmost respect. I will let everyone know in my area that this drop off is great! I live in a trailer park and there are a lot of us here that share information about the best or worse places to go for things and this Arc Drop off just made my excellent list. Very close and friendly people. Perfect. Thank you Kevin for making me feel like I can come any time and bring as much as my little car can carry! You are a great representative for Arc!”
