Shar is great and if you forget to make your payment she will give you a reminder thankfully. It is always clean and I always feel safe while there.

Very clean facility, it’s gated which is nice as well!

Our customers have had us move them in and out of this lock it up facility many times over the last 7 years. This location and all of the other Lock it Up locations are excellent to work with!

We needed to store some items for several months this past year and Charlotte was great to work with! 😁 Everything remained safe and dry at this facility and we were very happy.

Charlotte has been wonderful in helping me with two separate storage units. One for my daughter who stored furniture while temporarily living out of the country and one for me while moving into a new construction that wasn’t ready on time! A very clean, well kept up facility! The compassion and care given by office was absolutely superb!

Great gym that takes their time to teach you self defense. Facility is very nice and the staff/coaches tailor their approach to the individual making it extremely easy to get into. If you're looking to learn some great techniques and get into shape, this is the place to go.

Ever since I started here I felt welcomed by Jordan and his staff. I could not have asked for a better facility to learn boxing! This class is truly a blessing in disguise and you won’t be disappointed!

If you’re feeling nervous, anxious, or intimidated at the thought of signing up, don’t be. Scientific Martial Arts and Fitness does not drop you into the ocean and expect you to swim. Instead, they start you off on the beach and you gradually/confidently walk into the water.

For the first several lessons you’ll be working with an instructor separated from the rest of the group on the mat. They’ll make sure you have your basics and fundamentals down before joining the rest of the class. Even then, they’ll answer any question that might come up. All of the instructors are beyond understanding and helpful.

If you’re on the fence, don’t be! This is a great place to start.
