“Brenda and the office team is very friendly, fast, helpful, and work really hard. Moved in for a week already. Glad i chose Regatta. Plenty of parking spaces and the community is very clean. The residents are very responsible of cleaning up after the pets. The interior of the house is very clean and did a great job of prepping for the next tenant to move in. I lived at other apartments before but so far Regatta apartment is very nice and clean(plumbing,outdoor storage, walls, kitchen, and everywhere in the house is excellent) The maintenance team Andy and Rex and other members are very friendly and efficient as well. Definitely a wonderful place to live and glad I made the right decision!!! Thank you to all the staff.”

“The vacuums work well and the area is kept clean. They have 4 self wash bays and 1 automated car wash. The basic wash did not clean my car at all and left it with spots all over it so I subitted a refund request and within 2 hours I received a phone call with an apology along with my refund. The $7 super wash is the only wash that dries your car (for 55 seconds) afterwards and cleaned my car well.”
