“The owner has been very responsive thus far. New building, clean. Space between units for driving is a bit narrow. The online renting didn't take off the discount for multiple months paid in advance. So I had to call the call center. It took 45 minutes to get it rented, which was 30 mins more than anywhere else. They couldn't answer a lot of my questions either. And you have to use their insurance which adds $9 a month to the price. I could have gotten it cheaper thru my insurance agency.”
