“If you are looking for the best, quickest, and most convenient place to workout you have to give 9round a try!! When my friend asked me to sign up and do kickboxing with her I was very intimated but I did it anyway and here I am going on 2 years with a workout that I have been able to stick with and really enjoy. 9round is very unique there are no class times to sign up for you just get to show up when it is most convenient for you and get your 30 minute workout in. You don't have to have any kickboxing experience because you will have a trainer guiding you all the way through your workout. The trainers( Steven, Delanie, Evan) are awesome and will always keep you on your toes and push you when you need it most! Give 9round Thornton a try you won't regret it I promise!!
