Vital Light Reiki

I cannot recommend the sound bath enough!!!! My husband and I did the couples sound bath together and it was just pure bliss. Teena is absolutely wonderful and her space is so relaxing. She played many wonderful instruments - some I’ve never experienced before - which create the most gorgeous healing waves of energy and sound. I will be doing at least one session monthly from now on! Book an appointment!!! You’ll be so glad you did :)

I had a couple of Distance Reiki Sessions with Teena and both times the results were amazing! She is truly gifted. She is a great communicator and she is authentic, genuine, and compassionate. Her soul is beautiful and it reflects on the way she does Reiki. I had wonderful spiritual experiences after her sessions. It has shifted my energy and my vibrations and has helped me tremendously in my healing journey. Reiki is a mind-body-soul healing journey and Teena does a wonderful job facilitating that. Most of all she is just a beautiful soul that I have the privilege of connecting with.
