We were looking to possibly relocate from North Carolina to Denver to be closer to our son and his family. I called Morgan with a long list of things we were looking for in a Life Plan community. She immediately followed up with a Zoom video call to get to know us better and let us know what might meet our expectations in the Denver area. Then she qualified and quantified the communities with summary sheets on each that we might be interested in and set up appointments to visit them on very short notice. Although we decided not to move to Denver, Morgan was very professional throughout the entire process and we would definitely use her and Maintain Me again if our circumstances change. “I am always greeted with a warm smile from Amber at the front desk, she’s just a gem. Barb the dental hygienist is so kind and sweet, she’s been a DH for 47 years and talked me through everything she was going to do. She told me I have a nice smile, but recommended I do a couple things to keep up with maintenance care. Dr. Roberts is wonderful as well. Very detailed and knowledgeable about everything. I could not recommend VAS more.”

“My mom moved in April 2019 to independent living. All the employees are so nice. They treat my mom like she is part of their family. Each and every employee from the director to the cleaning staff make my mom feel safe and cared for. UPDATE: Never transition your parent from independent to the assisted living at Bonaventure with out spending a day on the assisted side in the hall on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. Also check if there caretakers and Q-maps are qualified or trained to do the job there asked. I moved my mom to the 2nd floor assisted living because she had a stroke and doctors said she would do better in familiar surroundings. I had heard the care was not good and understaffed but still made the decision to move her there. I was assured by Diego that she would have the best of care. The first week she was there went okay they had full staff and checked on my mom every 2 hours as promised. After that they lost lots of staff and did not hire any just pulled staff from memory care or had one again one employee for over 60 residents and would pull the maintenance manager to help transport residents to the kitchen. When my mom pushed her help button the caretaker could not get to her for 15-20 minutes. Again PLEASE do your research before moving your loved one there. I almost lost my mom twice due them being understaffed and not qualified help. I had a ring doorbell in her room so I was able to monitor if she got care or not.”
