Then he creates his plan with my current situation. He massages the knee that was replaced and stretches it as needed. He always stops if the pain is too much. The clinical team help me identify areas of improvement and triggers, and suggest action plans. The communication is really good and my baby is alot more social and vocal when we go to the park. I used to work for an aba clinic in CA,and this place is waaaaaay better. My kiddo is in clinic 8 hours a day on weekdays for now until we start preschool. The schedule is flexible within reason. In 3 months,they have only rescheduled on me one time and that was to pick my kiddo up a few minutes early, with notice(I assume for a staff meeting). It's a smaller clinic, and so far, so good!”

“I want to share how amazing Kim S. was today. I went in to pay my bill using my care credit and there was noone at the front desk so I was brought back to Kim in another area. I explained I had tried to pay my bill calling the number on the statement by using my care credit and seemed 2 staff didn’t know how to do that and took my phone number stating they would have someone who did know how to take a payment with this card call me back and two days later still noone had. Kim called multiple staff to see if they could help, she didn’t have rights to doing care credit anymore and she got no where. Finally she reached someone who took the payment. Her customer service went above and beyond, she was very kind and apologized for my trouble. She didn’t have to do what she did but I’m very thankful she did! Outstanding customer service!
