“Nice enough place, but despite asking for firm massage and asking for more pressure, didn't get nearly enough. Came in with pain and tension and left with the exact same amount. Real bummer because staff was very friendly, the massage itself was just very disappointing. Edit: came in for a make-up session with a different masseuse, she was, much better. Was willing to go very firm and focus on the areas requested. Had me so relaxed I *almost* fell asleep, and upon leaving my upper back/shoulder tension was gone.”
