“I must admit, I have lived here since 2011 and have been a loyal resident with on time rent payments ever since. I am satisfied with everything here that they have provided for me including the prompt responses to my work order requests. One main reason why I renewed my lease here is because their willing to allow me to park my pop/up camper in the premises. Suddenly come to find out, I need to remove it from the property by August 9th. Now I am faced with additional storage charges and when lease renewal comes, I will move out to a place that will accommodate my parking my camper.”

“There were 2 small screws and a cotter pin in our garbage disposal that the maintenance man found with relative ease. They must've been there from before we moved in, because small screws are pretty common, but I haven't even laid eyes on a cotter pin in a few years.
