Ever since the one incident with the ignorant manager trying to lie to us and make up a fake policy to our face that we instantly called out, we have had no more problems here. Probaby because this manager was promoted to customer. The guy at the electronics dept was super helpful. Sorry I will try to get your name next time. “This store is nice and clean. The staff is really friendly. I have a 2 year old daughter and she is very active. She likes to run around constantly any chance she gets she takes off. I was having a hard time finding the right items to purchase while keeping an eye on her. I wish I got the lady's (store associate) name that helped me. She was very nice and kept my daughter company while I decided which items to get. I really appreciate her being so kind and helpful. On top of that every one else we spoke to was very kind as well. You just have to dig and take your time, also, really unique and beautiful gifts for the holidays . I bought a set of crystal rock glasses for $ 10.00...they had Waterford all over the place. Unique food products and my very favorite....high end skin care. It's just a bit messy but so worth it....check out the kitchen stuff and the towels.....thick and luxurious....sigh....”
