“My Husband had a two week stay at Vibra last year after a long battle with Covid 19. He had been in two prior medical facilities totaling 2 months. He was on a ventilator, had been in a coma, had a huge wound on his back from being in bed for so long without movement. He was really in a dire condition. He got to Vibra unable to use the bathroom on his own and could not even sit up in bed. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the campus was and it was incredibly clean! It felt like we arrived at a fine spa to relax and renew. The staff greeted us warmly and each department had a representative to explain what we could expect there. There was someone from administration, pharmacy, medical, physical therapy, and nutrition services. My husband was also assigned a personal advocate that he could call on for any reason. As soon as we got there we knew this would be a different experience than the prior months. The team all reassured my husband that he would leave there in two weeks with the ability to go to the bathroom independently shower, feed himself, and he would leave there walking! My husband depressingly laughed and said “ Huh, I doubt it.” and then asked if he could sign a non recessitation order. He was truly depressed after such a long and traumatic ordeal. Well, they allowed him to rest for the weekend as he arrived On a Friday evening. He got some good nutrition in him and asked me not to help him with the task of eating. This was hard for me as I had to tend to his every need at the prior facility or he would sit in his own excrement for long periods of time. I refrained and he managed to get through his meals and would be exhausted by the end. On Monday his regime began. He received 3 hours a day of physical and occupational therapy. The therapists were the kindest and most professional and encouraging team of ladies that managed to get my very reluctant husband through each session of therapy. His therapy was broken up throughout the day until he reached 3 hours and he was able to get through every session. He would come back tired, but feeling proud that he got through it. I remember after one session near the end of his stay, he came back carrying a grilled cheese sandwich that he cooked for me in therapy. He was so happy to present me with lunch that he had prepared himself. I could write about many many successes there, but time and space does not permit. I can only say that if your lived one has need for therapy, this place is top notch. My husband left there walking and being able to care for himself. They gave him his dignity and a positive outlook on getting his life back. As he left, all of his therapists and nurses lined up and clapped him out in a farewell parade. There were many tears when we left as we grew to love everyone there. Each and every staff member became dear to him and to me. I highly recommend Vibra for you or those you love.”

“I am so impressed with the oncology health care my wife has received. Very knowledgeable and professional. My hats off to all you essential medical personnel. Now if the hospital would address its parking issues this place would be great. Not enough parking and the valet parking can be a nightmare. This isn't because of the valets themselves, but the way the lanes are set up is ridiculous. Shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes in your car to get it parked. Of course all the people that have no respect for others that find ways to cut in line, well you will get yours someday.”

“My brother who had bad multiple fractures on left leg and was admitted in this facility for rehab therapy for about 11 days. I was with him to facilitate his stay during this difficult time. The resident staff at the facility, nurses, therapists and other daily services folks were exceptionally helpful and professional. The facility is newly built and very well equipped. I would highly recommend it for whoever needs to use it in the future.”

“I was in the ER on December 30 for breathing difficulty. I was promptly seen, a nurse assessed my condition and spoke with Dr. Harrod regarding the needs for meds and a breathing treatment. The doctor quickly came in, and was in agreement. Within 30 minutes I had a chest x-ray in my room, medications in the IV for inflammation in and around my lungs, a breathing treatment, and was feeling better. I was in and out within a couple hours. My medications were called in, and even changed later to fit my 'insurance requirements' of dosage (ugh!) I have been to this facility numerous times, and I have received excellent care from ER, to surgery, to MRI and X-rays, and labs. The cleanliness is always top notch, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice to feel I can trust a facility and those in charge of helping me in my health care. This particular visit was exceptional, and I thank you.”

The substitute doctor was a joke. I had to go back to have my foot checked. They where quick and helped out. I'm changing to 4 stars. Would have given five stars if the first visit didn't suck.”

“Dr Brian is a great doctor. It’s very clear he cares about the child and is very transparent in letting the child know what he is doing and why. He makes the visit fun and is silly and makes my kids feel really comfortable. Excellent customer service has sadly gone from expected-to-exception within so many businesses in the last 20 years. Finding an ENTIRE staff that shows real and honest care for the client...that my friends is beyond rare. Enter -happy. Yup. Happy... cause I found FitMD just off 120th in Westminster, CO. From day one, I have been treated with superb attention and genuine smiles. Natalie was the first employee I met and made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. Sign me UP. Moving on, I met with Jessica (PA-C). Her willingness to take extra time out of her day(more than once) to listen, educate, and come up with a game plan for my success was outta sight! Olivia (and Natalie)have been great. She has put up with my [endless babbling and bad jokes] hectic schedule by moving appointments, explaining processes, next steps, billing questions, etc all with a smile. Bottom line is that while rare, excellent customer service still exists. I’ll continue to spend my hard earned money at FitMD so long as the staff continues their killer levels of customer service.
