“I just moved out of Bella Terra (I just wanted to get a bigger place), but I lived there for about 3 years. I had one of their studio apartments and it was amazing! It was a decent size for 1 or 2 people and it was a decent price when I moved in. I will also say that they didn't nickle and dime me when I moved out either, they were very fair with the cleaning costs. While you do have to walk to a laundry facility, it is almost always clean and most of the time I would go in there someone would be in the process of cleaning it. I never had any issues with noise or any of the other tenants, everyone I met was super nice and awesome. I will say that the staff is amazing as well and the maintenance crew was on top of their game. They always came out promptly (though I didn't need them often) and they were always crazy polite and helpful. I also just want to say that during my time there, they re-did the asphalt and, I believe, re-did some of the lawn work too. This shows that they are constantly trying to improve the beauty of the place, which I appreciate. In short, if you are looking for a great place to live: you should definitely check out Bella Terra.”
