Only complaint I have is seeing these guys struggling when it comes to technology that should be fixed right away. It’s not these guy’s fault the servers are down. Corporate you need to fix this. “I have use their car washing service since about July 2019. I really appreciate the value and quality of their washes and cleanliness out their vacuum areas. They also have areas to wash your floor mats. My rear wiper blade was taken off during a wash and they were kind enough to replace it. I never knew that a car wash service would have this much customer service. They have friendly staff and a good environment to be a customer in! I’m happy I use them!”

“if i could give a higher review, I would. Our journey to purchase a swim spa started a number of months ago, when our decades old hot tub started to leak and well before the Covid pandemic. We visited a number of other stores, and brands both physically as well as virtually. Although I don't have anything bad to say about the other stores, i do have wonderful things to say about Mile High Hot tubs and our experience with Kyler and his excellent team. We decided on the 16 foot coast swim spa with the swim module. Kyler helped us choose the correct spa, size, and height to meet our needs and finances. He helped me with answers to questions i did not even know I needed to ask. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with the final product. He was so easy to work with and was not pushy. He helped me understand proper spa care, and water treatment. I do it all, and no longer need someone to come out and treat the water as we did with the old spa. Quite simple actually. Even though our order was in advance of the Covid shut down, our delivery was delayed as the production fell right in the middle of the peak of the pandemic. Kyler kept us up to date frequently. He helped us choose the optimal delivery method (crane vs forklift). We had a minor glitch with the night lights but Kyler and Josh were persistent until it was perfect. I have learned that even the best laid plans can have a glitch, but what separates Mile high from other stores is the incredible persistence to make the ultimate outcome right. With everything that has happened with the pandemic, I firmly believe this was the best decision i have made in a long time. i have no need to go to the gym or pool anymore. Yuck! My wife and 2 sons love this addition to our house and it is used every day we are in town. I am so thankful for Kyler, Marshall, and Josh who have been incredible support for us during this journey.”

“I agree with Sara... the cleanliness of this store trumps the other Aurora location. Nice variety in each department and I haven’t had any issues. I’ve actually had normal/pleasant interactions with staff, even with a defective kids headphone return sans receipt. I gave 4 stars because there were a few identical items I found elsewhere cheaper, BUT the overall pricing of their merchandise is very competitive with what you’d find at Ross or other discount stores.”

I wish there maternity section was bigger since there arent many maternity stores around, but they do have a good selection. “Great store with an excellent selection of beer, wine, & liquor. Of course, beer is king in Colorado and Pioneer excels in that area. Regular deliveries of WeldWerks, New Image, and numerous other awesome Colorado breweries. They also have a great bomber selection. And the store's location is close to lots of other shopping, food, and housing, so definitely a great "neighborhood" liquor store.”
