“I want to give a shout out to Julia, she probably doesn’t know what a positive impact she left or that she made my day. As a Mexican woman I have always grew up around prejudice people and treated differently and I grew up thinking that was normal. Julia did something so little that made me tear up. Another lady was taking my order at first and Julia gave a suggestion of how I’d like my drink then she took over the register. This girl provided me with great customer service, she made eye contact, she smiled, very well mannered. This is little to most but big for me! I had to call corporate to let them know.
