“I'm so glad I found V23! The programming is challenging but super fun and incorporates much more than your typical "crossfit" gym. Intense focus on correct form while building strength and spotlighting and properly correcting my weaknesses is what I've found here. Every minute I'm at V23 is spent well. I'm never bored with the programming and find myself excited to be a part of whats in store every day. I'm becoming a better working human as a result of V23 and I'm finding myself doing things I've never been able to do (or thought I could do). Coaches Beau and Ruthie are great, knowledgeable and encouraging but push for excellence and results just come.”
