The Pilot Shop

I wanted to leave a quick review regarding my experience with The Pilot Shop today. A little background… I’m a new airline pilot and tomorrow is my first day of IOE. I left the house at 0345 this morning, thinking I had everything needed for my first day! Wrong…I left my work-issued headset at home! I had the day to sit in Denver, so I called over to The Pilot Shop to see if they had anything in stock. They did, and this is where Jean went above and beyond to help me. I don’t have a car, and Uber prices were insane, so Jean and her friend, Al, worked up a plan that involved bus rides and a personally delivered headset to my hand, all in the span of about one hour! It’s wonderful to know that there are people like Jean and Al out there who bend over backwards to help a complete stranger in need. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. Al and I ended up talking airplanes and traveling for 30 mins while waiting for my bus back to the airport! Such great people and service! This is a lengthy and detailed review, but I think it needs to be. I hope everyone will support these folks and this business! We don’t want these places going away. Thanks again, so much, for helping an overwhelmed new guy out!

Love this store! Been going here for years. They have almost everything you could possibly need and cute gift ideas too! If they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you. The owner is great! Really good, personable customer service.

Great little pilot shop. Really cool place with lots of supplies, If nothing else stop by to check it out. Woman who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Knew all the parts I needed for my RAM mount ipad setup. Buy local and support this place!
