“Have been coming here for about 7 years very disappointed that they close without warning, it's very vital to the neighborhood and to the baseball field across the way whenever there are games there's a lot of people that come over here. l love their fresh pots of coffee and their friendly customer service so sad to see them go wish they would have gave us some kind of notice. “Beautiful, quaint, tiny tucked away park in an office area. Nice path. Lotsa seating and tree shade. Lush green grass. Tiny esthetic pond. Ducks, Magpies, Squirrels, and even a robust Bluejay! Seemed like a quiet spot to steal a break away from work or have a private lunch. Many food options nearby within walking distance too. 25yrs in this area and ran into it on accident. Who knew! Go explore!”

“I came to Aurora for work and have been asked to stay. While looking for an apartment I have stayed here almost a month and here is what I see.. The management has taken over for almost a year. Everyday they are working on making it better. That being said they have a lot of work ahead of them. It is probably not a vacation spot, but if it is a must it is a safe space that is improving a little at a time. Just remember they are over worked and probably under paid but that has not made them not care. They try to help you if they can. I have had 2 rooms and seen no sign of any bugs. You can not come here expecting a Hilton or double tree but if you just need off the street or out of the car, it is a blessing to have a place that can offer a safe roof over your head, no bugs, a place to shower and eat,.a reasonable rate, and management who puts up with a lot to keep it that way. I would come here again.”

“Been a tenant for Invested at their powers Ave location for five years, moving out today and wanted to review my years here. The neighborhood is quaint and typical for a lower income neighborhood. Haven’t had any violent encounters with any folks in the area. There’s been some oddities but what can ya do. My neighbors were extremely nice over the years with two stable ones that I’ve grown to love! Apartment itself was nice for what I paid, some wear and tear but it’s an older building. Lighting is sparse but again, older building and it’s Colorado. The garbage disposal was the only thing to fail on me in the years I was there. So A+ on rock solid appliances! Maintenance requests were pretty quick and responsive. You’d use the portal to submit a request and you’ll receive a call the next day if it’s not urgent to service it. I did have a problem with electricity one time that took a bit to be resolved but just know there’s a power box Outside the building that also can be tripped. Occasionally there’s work done on the roof or property, sucks if you work overnights (me) but a necessary evil. Overall, property manager was behind the scenes majority of my stay. Out of sight but in sight when needed is what I appreciate. It’s been a pleasure staying here, hopefully it’ll be the same for prospecting tenants!”

“Clean and organized, they have a good selection of quality items, they have their own brand as well as main brands we all know. The only issue is that they don't keep it well stocked for specific sizes for example my size XL i was looking for a jacket and i even asked for assistance but they only had smaller or too big but nothing in between, i had to order it online. Other than that good service, great staff, they could also add more benefits to their credit card but that's just me.”

“I arrived at Dr. Kim's office fully stressed and in a great deal of pain down my whole right leg fearing I had had Deep Pain Thrombosis (DVT). Her diagnosis proved I did not have DVT and that the pain came from the compression on my Sciatic nerve in my right hip. She did a combination of muscle testing and minor adjustments to relieve the pain. The benefit was definitely noticeable, the next day, when I was able to walk freely without pain. She also made modifications to my medications which were definitely required. By comparison I had been so see a Chiropractor, a few days earlier, and the above were not remedied.”

“My son had the flu and I went to Mississippi and Periora and they had us wait 45 min and didn't even have the medicine my son throat was swollen and it's after 7pm I called this location and the Pharmacist went it and transfered it over him and another young man that was working really made my night because they were about to close and he filled my son's meds. Thank u both so much they gave me their names and I can't find the paper it was wrote on. I hate giving colors as a description I just wanna make sure they get acknowledged the The Pharmacist Was A Tall Caucasian Man And The Other Gentleman Was A Short African American. When U Are Almost Closed And Get A Transfer Filled U Have Definitely Went Above And Beyond For The Customer Especially Since We Went To Another Location First.”

“Chad and his crew are incredible- knowledgeable, detailed and reasonable. I have never been more pleased in the service I received and went to him after I was quoted nearly $600 more at Pep Boys for a new water pump, timing belt and thermostat on my 2000 Camry. Pep Boys was not even going to use Toyota genuine parts, Chad did. The service was so speedy and professional and Chad literally walked me through the entire process/showing me what was removed from my car and why. I can’t say enough great things about these guys.
