  Everything we ate was DELICIOUS - this was truly some of the best Thai food we’ve had, and hands down my new favorite food truck! They also do not mess around with the spice! Loved it.

  Best Thai food around. Hands down. Pineapple fried rice is very good, as well Thai sausage. We follow them religiously, as they usually park at a local brewery, so it's a win-win!

  Their food is AMAZING!! We have tried so many things on their menu and have never been disappointed. And I love that I am supporting a sweet, hard working family ❤️

  Best thai food ever! The taste is wonderful, the spice is good! Nothing but good things to say about this food truck! Highly recommend!!!

  We had Bees Thai food truck for the first time a few weeks ago at Liquid Mechanics Brewery in Lafayette, CO. The Basil Fried Rice with Chicken and Crispy Pork is such a treat! You can tell that the ingredients are very fresh! The ladies that run this truck are very sweet and took great care of us. We've been craving it for the last few weeks so we looked on their Facebook page to see where they were at tonight. Guess what? We found them! And we were able to get our fix of their delicious Thai Fried Rice again! It was just as good as the first time! Give them a try! You'll be addicted as well! Thanks Bees!
