Mysa at the Crossing

I have lived in this community for 14 months now and can honestly say that this has been the best living experience of my college experience. I have now lived in two different units in my time here. Both of which have come with no major issues in terms of maintenance or neighbor complaints. Overall the community is extremely quiet as well, everyone is extremely respectful of each other and with the community being a few miles from campus, you don't have to worry about loud music or parties going on at night. While the community is on the pricier side, I believe it is important to note the many amenities that come with living here. You have a pool and hot tub area that is never overly crowed as well as a field house, fully equipped with a weight room, private study areas, as well as a rooftop patio. I have always been a firm believer that you get what you pay for and in this case you pay more in order to receive a more comfortable living experience. On top of all of this, the community is surrounded by trails in which I utilize everyday when walking my very energetic puppy. Overall I would say that when choosing a community, you should look passed price and determine a living situation that feels like home. I have been here for 14 months and am renewing my lease because this community does exactly that!

Stunning views. Great location, being on the outskirts of town makes it feel more quaint. The staff is always quick to respond. The apartments are cozy and luxurious - I will be renewing my lease.

Absolutely love calling Mysa at the Crossing my home! I've never felt such a sense of community at an apartment complex as I do here. The views are amazing and it's in the perfect location with quick access to Boulder and trail system for walking or biking, and amenities are top notch. Would recommend coming and checking it out for yourself!

I have lived in Boulder for many years and have moved from apartment building to apartment building. This is the first place where I feel like I’m in a community and not an apartment complex. The neighbors are fairly quiet and everyone is super nice & active! I ride my bike down the connecting bike path all the time. Staff is pretty nice. I got a gift in my place when I first moved in. Plus they host pretty cool events. There are common-area utilities they bill you for, but it’s actually cheaper than other spots in town. I also really like my bathtub and kitchen. They are huge! There are also good views since it’s kinda located on its own.
