After my first neurofeedback session with Colin, I felt a deep sense of peace and calm. Before receiving Neurofeedback my nervous system was fried due to not sleeping well and challenging life circumstances. After each session, I felt like I just woke up from a good night's rest. I noticed early on, after only a couple of sessions, that I lost interest in drinking wine. My mind is more clear and I notice that I am remaining calm in situations that used to cause me a lot of stress. My base level is no longer in chronic fight or flight I feel much more relaxed.
