TFW was a delightful experience! I found the 1:1 coaching exceptional. First impression, the facility is CLEAN and well organized! Second impression, the staff takes the time to educate and instruct, never assuming you know the material or not. I’ve been with TFW for 5 months and am over the moon in love with the coaches, community, and workouts. All body types are welcome here and good health (body, mind and spirit) radiates from Brian, Katy, and Kristi. The team is invested in your wellness, not your waste line. Look no further, this is the best gym, workout facility, whatever you call it, you can find, is just so much than just a gym. Amazing, knowledgeable and caring staff, Kristy, Kate and Brian are great, they even reached out to me when I was not coming, they genuinely care for their members. Plus the workouts and classes are great. There is a sense of community that is hard to find in other places. Try it out, you will not regret it.
Training for Warriors is a wonderful gym. The coaches are caring and the students are great people! I have an ongoing shoulder/neck issue and I’m afraid to workout. The coaches, especially coach Katy, have helped me learn substitute movements when I can not do what the class requires. I’m happy to be able to attend class and feel that I am still doing good for my body and brain. These last 8 months have been challenging and with the help

I love coming here for my workouts! It’s a good mix of strength training along with endurance and conditioning! The trainers are great, very knowledgeable and friendly, but also know how to push you to your true potential. I highly suggest coming here regardless of fitness level or age.
