Love, Love, Love the barre class! I will drive miles to attend this one.
It is the perfect workout and such a fun and enthusastic bunch of really nice people. Plus Katy makes the class a full - on workout if you are ready for it.
And if you are not you can go at your on pace without any pressure.
Katy is a phenomenal trainer and coach both in person and online! Her Barre classes are a great mix of strengthening, lengthening, and just enough cardio to keep your heart rate up. She is a gem of a fitness teacher.
Thanks to Katy for sharing her knowledge and skills with us. Her Barre workouts are challenging and fun! Katy helps us to feel better about ourselves thru her classes and also her lovely-day-katy emails which discuss topics that are helpful and uplifting, I always come away feeling good after participating in Katy's class and reading the positive messages shares with us.
I can't say enough good things about Katy! She is truly an excellent coach because she really gets to know her students. She encourages you to do your absolute best in such a positive and inspiring way. Her workouts are fantastic, fun and effective! Katy really values community and encourages everyone to support each other in a no judgement zone. She is genuinely concerned about you as a person and doing what she can to support you in your fitness, wellness and personal goals. Katy will always take the time to talk to you if you have questions, concerns, or just to talk and you can tell that she's happy to do it. She's amazing and I am so happy she's my coach!
Katy's barre classes are one of my favorite parts of the week! Her choreography and music are always super fun. Everything is well-rehearsed and easy to follow. The workout is different than anything else I do which makes class interesting and challenging!
