Watermark At Harvest Junction

This was my fifth apartment complex that I've lived in and I cannot stress enough how wonderful and prompt the maintenance team was at the Watermark. Collin and the whole team made living in an apartment so much less stressful with how quickly and courteously they responded to any repair or issue. The whole team, including the front office, wanted you to feel like you were comfortable and did not have to worry about living in the apartment. I also really enjoyed the community, including that of Longmont - which provided everything you needed with a slightly more "small" town feel - and the amenities were also very nice features with the complex. Overall, I really enjoyed my few years here.

This place is amazing! It’s hands down the best place that I have ever lived. From the pool to the events hosted by mason and Morgan! Everyone is so friendly and personable. 13/10

I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and this has been the least stressful one yet. Kaylee helped us transition into our move smoothly, answered all our questions, and was completely straight forward with everything. The staff has been so kind, and there hasn't been any "sketchy fees" like some facilities try to add. The complex is always clean, quiet, and the people are so friendly. The amenities are perfect if you are a small family or a pet owner. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice apartment in Longmont.

The property is beautiful! The location is close to dining and shopping yet in a quiet area. Heather in the leasing office was so helpful, kind and really took her took the time to explain the amenities and property details and answer any questions I had.
