As you can imagine, I was taken aback to hear that my car needed such a big repair, especially since I only stopped by for an oil change. I've used Flatirons for service before and, as always, they were very professional, helpful and clearly explained the entire process. This location does diesel emissions testing for heavy and light duty diesels (any year) and has a warm waiting room with a bathroom. They even informed me that I can take my completed emissions test paper to a kiosk (located in select grocery stores in the county) for renewal instead of making an appointment at the DMV. The only reason I didn't purchase the car is because I'm Still deciding on very specific features that the truck was missing, otherwise, I would've purchased. “We were on a 2 1/2 week trip through the West when our 1997 Eurovan’s water pump decided it had had enough going over Vail Pass. After a quick search of our options, we had it towed from Copper Mountain to Boulder based on the reviews I had read. And thank the stars we did!! We left it there late at night, dropped the key in the door slot, left a voicemail and waited to talk to them in the morning. To make a long story short, they sourced the part we needed (Verner’s seems to be connected with suppliers who others on the area might not be) and replaced the water pump in one day!! On top of that, they wanted to replace the serpentine belt at the last second “just to be safe”. I had one with me, but it was the wrong one. So they traded mine for theirs and we were back on the road in a little over 24 hours. The service was one thing, but the group of people there is another. Just top notch, great people. Cannot recommend these guys enough.”

“This was my first time taking my car here and I am really happy with the results. The team is friendly, transparent and provided an amazing service. My car's headlights were both out, needed an oil change, and my car was making a noise that another shop was charging over 800 to fix (which did not include the headlights diagnosis and repair). I decided to get a second opinion and I am so thankful I did. I took it to Lyons Automotive and the noise was caused by something I had in my trunk and was not car related. I was embarrassed but more grateful and thankful for them finding the real issue. The diagnosis of my headlights was that they were installed incorrectly (I bought this car used so I am assuming by previous owner), had after market light bulbs, and the wiring was corroded and torn. Both of my headlights were repaired and got an oil change, all at a reasonable price. I am truly grateful in finding this place. Thank you Lyons Automotive Team! I highly recommend it.”

““You should try a BMW X5M or a Trackhawk”, my last sales person at another store & brand told me, when I again asked what was out there that could replace TWO of my current beast SUV’s, with ONE. Too many cars, and too many trades, but he was right. Drove a few X5’s. Liked. Thankfully there’s several BMW dealers in Colorado, and after inquiring online at all of them, and pondering different engines & options, I got connected with James Yelvington at Gebhardt BMW in Boulder. I still wasn’t sure, but let him know I was open, either to the plug in Hybrid or a full M…crazy, as usual. James, nailed it. “We have a plug in demo, and a CPO 2022 X5M, BUT I also have—hard to find—an almost fully loaded brand new X5 M50i someone ordered, and backed out of. Same V8 as the M, but posher. Come see it.” I did. I loved it. And it checked the performance boxes I loved of the M, but in a posher more luxurious package, for…$25k less. James & the Gebhardt team, including Tomaso, and especially Ryan Ballweg in finance, were on point and incredibly helpful, with a complex “trade 2 brand new expensive cars for 1 new expensive car”, and even instantly available by text & email as I was traveling for work on the east coast. Everything was done, ready, wrapped up, they helped me get my 2nd trade to the store even on a busy Saturday, and have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Refreshing, after the last few expensive cars I’ve purchased and their dealers, to also experience how great the service team is here. Needed something checked out, and instead of “we’ll take a look and see”, even on a Saturday they had the Shop Foreman Jonathan to go for a ride with me to understand—no guessing. Live in Denver, and yes, technically we have 2 other stores “kind of closer”, but the experience at Gebhardt in Boulder and fun, easy 32 minute nice trip is worth it. “We were very impressed with the Titan Van build online and at the Bend Adventure Van Expo. Chandler found us a build spot the end of October. We decided on the Classic build with some upgrades. They completed our build on time and Matt and Chandler came in on a Friday when they are usually closed to accommodate our pickup. They even took the time to give us a tour of their facility. The fit and finish are excellent. We are very happy with the build quality and function. We experienced a malfunction of our battery monitor on the way home and Ryan was very patient and helpful in walking me through the diagnosis and solution, since we live a state away. I am very excited to get out and use our van. It kept us very comfortable driving home and camping overnight, without external power, in temperatures down to 4 degrees F without our window coverings. I liked their build enough to travel a state away to have them finish our van.”

If you understand that statement you're a certified car person and probably came across KIT Performance online because you're looking to customize you car. I'll save you some time and let you know you came to the right place! My relationship with Rob at Kit Performance began when I brought my 2012 Camaro ZL1 to him for Air Lift 3 suspension. This didn't go without its fair amount of issues but what does in the customization world - right? What matters to me is Rob does whatever it takes to make things right. For instance, I had an air bag pop within the first week of having my air suspension and Rob addressed those issues promptly. He could've easily told me it wasn't an issue with the install but with the product and wiped his hands of any responsibility. He didn't do that. I think this example shows who he is as a person and how he means it when he says he stands by his work. In the world of car customizing you need someone like him on your side!
