“Andrea is awesome! I called the night before Christmas Eve because I was researching a skincare kit by Mario Badescu and Andrea answered the phone. Not only was she courteous, but she went above and beyond to help me over the phone with any questions I had. She was very sweet and completely genuine. I was amazed at how nice and helpful she was. She went to the back of the store to find the kit I was looking for and even spoke to me about a different option. She spent time making sure that I understood the product and her knowledge about the product was just on point. She held the product for me until the following day when I picked it up in store. I was hoping to speak with her and thank her in person, but she hadn't arrived to her shift yet. Thank you so much, Andrea. You are an asset to Ulta and they are very blessed to have you.
