“A smaller studio, but rather cozy. The teachers are super friendly and knowledgeable. The changing rooms are typically really clean as well as the rest of the studio! Definitely recommend this place for a class! Oh, and they have four or five different styles of yoga to practice!”

There is no judgement and everyone is very willing to help from whatever place you need to start. I am not athletic by nature and was in very poor shape. With the encouragement and careful guidance I now now have energy and look and feel tremendously better. Not a typical gym but a great way to get in shape and get off the couch!”
