His work manner was nothing short of extremely professional, and his promptness for communication was top notch. Upon arrival the vehicle was out front to immediately view and take for a test drive. Once finished we went inside to complete the paperwork, which when said and done really didn't take that long. To add additional extreme satisfaction, Ryan was also able to get the interest rate far lower than we anticipated due to used cars generally having higher interest rates. So that's worth any wait if you ask me. He literally not only delivered on every step of the process, but clearly went above and beyond to make sure to the best of his ability I left with the best possible outcome on every level.
