“Travis Russell Construction (TRC Residential) put up a fantastic addition and remodel to our 20-year old ranch home. They added a new Master Suite and laundry room and remodeled two other bathrooms, besides doing quite a bit of freshening up our interior (new solid core doors, trim, and windows in the kitchen and living room). They also added in a new gas fireplace. Overall, our experience with them was grand. Other than a change to the footings due to build code issues that delayed the start of the project, they came in on time and under budget. They have a great planning and reporting package that keeps you appraised of the project and what is scheduled when. Change orders are handled professionally. Billing is done based on progress completed. Project management keeps a keen eye on all sub contractors and ensures work is completed correctly. Our punch list at the end was very minor. Their pricing was very competitive and their time estimates accurate. We highly recommend them.”

It will soon have a new apartment complex next door, which doesn't thrill me but CO DOW is involved and is requiring special procedures during construction so the birds are not disturbed. Pro tip; you need a BIG lens to get good bird photos since they are on the other side of the railroad tracks and it is illegal to approach them. A birding scope with a camera adapter is probably in order.”

When I initially contacted Scott, he came out and gave me a detailed estimate which was priced well in comparison to other quotes I received. Sure enough, less than 2 months later, just after Thanksgiving, he contacted me and said he had an opening to help me with my project.
