(September 22, 2022, 7:50 pm)We have been living here since 2012 and I've had such a great experience living here. The apartments always have great maintanence. They have great people working in the office that help us a lot for example Vero she is very understanding and kind.
(July 20, 2022, 12:20 am)We loved living here & would’ve stayed had we not needed to relocate! We never had an issue that went unresolved. Staff works hard to keep everything running smooth, even regarding incidents out of their control. Special shout out to Leslie who was very pleasant to work with & gave amazing customer service from the beginning of our lease until the end.
(April 7, 2022, 2:03 pm)Unsure of all these bad reviews, Iv been at Bear Valley a year and LOVE it! Just renewed my lease for another year. The community is so nice and welcoming as well as the maintenance team! I'v run into the office several times and the ladies have ALWAYS been helpful and understanding. If your looking for a quiet community away from all the hustle and bustle that is Denver, this place is for you. Also, they love dogs and who doesn't love that?!
