(January 30, 2019, 11:59 am)I’ve been here 3 years and lived in 3 different types of apartments and really enjoy it here for the following reasons:
• It’s quiet and everyone’s super nice when you talk to them - this is especially important to me as I work from home and am here all the time
• Every apartment has a good amount of natural light and at least 1, sometimes 2 balconies, ideal for balcony gardens!
• The heating / air conditioning bill is lower than I thought it would be for this amount of space
• There are brand new appliances (including a dishwasher) + new white counter tops + carpeting in all the apartments
• Very pet friendly (dogs + cats)
• Management removes problem / loud neighbors efficiently and the new management company has stepped up efforts to address + respond to community concerns quickly
• There’s an awesome community grill / pool / dog walk area that’s great in the summer
• It’s an excellent value for the space in the Denver area
• They have different floor plans + apartment types to match you with what you’re looking for in terms of features + price
• Even the smaller apartments have tons of closet space / storage
• It’s about a 12 min drive to Red Rocks and about a 4 min walk to Bear Creek Trail
• Ricky & Juan (the maintenance guys) are heroes! So nice and they both have gone above and beyond to help me out + resolve problems the same day I ask about something.
Like all apartments, there are of course occasional issues or problems, but overwhelmingly, I've had far more positive experiences than negative ones in the time I’ve lived here, so no plans to leave.
(January 11, 2019, 10:03 pm)Hi my name is mikey tran, i live in 4 205, an i wanna say that Juan the supervisor is a very polite gentleman an was very professional about coming by and fixing a an issue i had an my apartment right before heading home, i would really recommend these apartments to anyone who is trying to start a nice little home. i live here since 2016 an i plan on renewing my lease again!!
(January 9, 2019, 6:56 pm)This review is solely for the maintenance team, Ricky has been outstanding in taking care of our requests, in a timely fashion. Also polite, and professional. The complex may have its quirks, the previous management team was horrible, but that was a company called Trinity. Ave 5 bought this complex, and of course we have transitioning pains, but Ricky has really gone far above and beyond.
